How long have you been in business?
Less than 1 year as a business, but 10 yrs of combined experience in the window industry.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily sell VPI Quality Windows (Spokane, WA) as our vinyl window product, and Service Aluminum (Los Angeles, CA) as our aluminum products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having originally started working at another window company on Oahu several years ago, and discussing window issues with our and other company's clients, we both decided that we could provide a much higher level of client care and service to the families living here, while simultaneously providing a high quality window into people's homes that we could be proud of.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We believe that there are three main areas that differentiate us from other window companies on Oahu. The first is timeliness. We will come see you sooner, have your windows priced quicker, and have them delivered faster than anyone else. The second is price. Because of our low overhead, we're able to translate that into savings for our clients. The third is quality. We believe that we have one of the best window systems for the islands, one designed to last for the duration of your home.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently only have one office, but for those clients interested in our products we have a mobile showroom, which we bring to them so that they can see the quality and workmanship of our products and what we can provide them for their home renovation.

We service all of Oahu, as well as the Outer Islands.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is co-owned by Mana Gauthier and Paul N. Nobbe, Jr., both of which also directly handle daily operations.

Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 6pm
Sat - Sun: Closed, or by appt.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they may have started off as customers, but now feel as if we are good friends who are always willing to help assist them with whatever they may need help with.
