Hawaii United Okinawa Association is a non-profit organization whose goals are to promote, perpetuate and preserve the Okinawan culture and heritage in Hawaii. During Labor Day weekend, HUOA holds its annual Okinawan Festival, a free admission event to share Uchinanchu Aloha. "Uchinanchu" translates to Okinawan in the Okinawan language.
